Jodie's Aerobics is all about getting fit the fun way.
I believe exercise shouldn't be a chore; it should be something to look forward to. Yes, you have to work a bit hard, yes you might have to get a bit sweaty, but that's all part of the fun!
As a mum of two, I know how hard it can be to find time to exercise and stay healthy. That's why I offer a variety of classes throughout the week to suit everyone. You can now find me and all my classes at The Brecks Community Hub - the new home of Jodie's Aerobics! Keep an eye on my timetable via Facebook or simply get in touch to find out what's on. My timetable is now up and running, along with class passes and block booking options to save you time and money! If you prefer to workout at home, why not try my online fitness option, you can literally workout whenever, wherever! As well as returning to face to face classes, I now have a selection of workouts for you to access "on demand"! These workouts are stored in a Facebook group for you to do at home and at your leisure.
Whether you are completely new to exercise or looking to progress your fitness, my aim is to provide sessions that are varied and challenging but also enjoyable. I also offer Personal Training to those who prefer a one-to-one approach.

If you love a grapevine, a boxstep or a chasee then this is the class for you! Old skool aerobics at it's best! Good music, good fun and a great aerobic workout! There's even a bit of strength and endurance for you too!
A perfect combination of high and low impact choreographed routines and toning session. This class offers the best of aerobics and upper body conditioning to help you burn fat and tone up. A fun filled workout that will not only improve your cardiovascular fitness but also your muscular strength and endurance. Weights or safe equivalent required)
A full body workout to tone and condition. Starts with a cardio section, followed by heavy weights in a body pump style class with some core work to finish. Guaranteed to build up those muscles and get a sweat on!
Jab, hook and uppercut your way fit through an action packed Boxercise class! A fun but challenging interval finess style class based on boxing training. You'll learn everything from basic punches to fancy footwork and pad-holding techniques. You can expect a real mix of drills, circuits and pair work, designed to get your body moving and your heart racing!
Express fitness class designed to give you a full body workout. This session is split into 3 sections:10 minutes cardio, 10 minutes strength (upper & lower body exercises using just one weight or safe equivalent), 10 minutes toning (working the core and mid-section). A little bit of everything for everyone! Option to take this class via Zoom.
If you're new to exercise, just starting back, suffering from an injury or just perhaps wanting a more gentle approach to fitness, then this is the class for you! A low impact aerobic class, with simple, easy to follow moves set to music. We will also be using light weights and resistance bands to tone and strengthen the body and the core.
This is a low impact workout that you can bring your babies along too! Designed for anyone who looks after a little one, everyone's welcome! Mums, dads, grandparents, guardians this class in fully inclusive. Suitable for all levels and easily adaptable.
If you like circuit training then this is ideal for you! This is an interval training class desinged to push you that little bit harder. Using bodyweight and free weights, this class gives you a full body workout. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
A fusion of Kettlebells and core exercises, designed to improve strength and overall fitness levels using kettlebells.
A focused conditioning class designed to workout the entire body using a mix of free-weights and variety of interval protocols. With the added extra of a dimly lit room & disco lights!!

A class of 2 halves!
If you're looking to banish the bingo wings, build some bicpes, tone up those thighs and blitz those bellies then look no further! 45 minutes of exercises to strengthen and tone the upper and the lower body.
The first half of the class focuses on upper body toning, taught through routines to music with light hand weights. Good fun and some good defininition! The second half is where we get stuck into some good old fahioned LBT!
Babies and toddlers are welcome to sit and play during this class alongside their parents or carers.

Jodie’s Circuit class is the best work out class I have ever been to! I feel much stronger and healthier for going each week as it works your whole body! And the best thing is that each week is different, Jodie changes the classes so you never become complacent, I have learnt lots of new exercises and Jodie has built up my confidence doing them as she shows you how to do them correctly! Everyone in the class is friendly and we all support and encourage each other! I would really recommend this class to anyone both beginners and experienced gym goers!
After having my little boy my fitness and confidence levels had dropped massively. I decided to push myself and find a way of regaining my fitness and confidence. I come across Jodie's classes and one I could take my little one to at big Apple. I felt the difference immediately in myself through Jodie's constant encouragement, Jodie listens to you she caters to everyone's fitness levels and needs, the classes are very welcoming and have a great atmosphere (always a giggle) besides big Apple legs bums and tums I also do step aerobics (I never once thought this would be for me) but Jodie makes you believe in yourself and realise anything is possible. Last but not least if it wasn't for Jodie I would have never took up running, I had never run in my life when I took part in couch to 5k training with Jodie and some other girls who take part in Jodie's classes in preparation for race for life which we did as a team in May this year and I have gained a good fitness level plus a few new friends. It isn't just about the classes this lady goes that extra mile to support you where she can.

I met Jodie nearly two years ago at the Big Apple during her aerobics session over there. Jodie is very knowledgeable, experienced fitness instructor and her every session is such fun! Absolutely five stars for the service from Jodie. Can not recommend Jodie's Aerobics highly enough. Danuta - very, very happy customer.
