Hi and welcome to Jodie's Aerobics based in Rotherham!
Jodie's Aerobics is all about getting fit the fun way.
I believe exercise shouldn't be a chore; it should be something to look forward to. Yes, you have to work a bit hard, yes you might have to get a bit sweaty, but that's all part of the fun!
As a mum of two, I know how hard it can be to find time to exercise and stay healthy. That's why I offer a variety of classes throughout the week to suit everyone. Check out my timetable below to find a list of classes and where you can join me.
Whether you are completely new to exercise or looking to progress your fitness, my aim is to provide sessions that are varied and challenging but also enjoyable. I also offer Personal Training to those who prefer a one-to-one approach.

Jodie’s Circuit class is the best work out class I have ever been to! I feel much stronger and healthier for going each week as it works your whole body! And the best thing is that each week is different, Jodie changes the classes so you never become complacent, I have learnt lots of new exercises and Jodie has built up my confidence doing them as she shows you how to do them correctly! Everyone in the class is friendly and we all support and encourage each other! I would really recommend this class to anyone both beginners and experienced gym goers!
After having my little boy my fitness and confidence levels had dropped massively. I decided to push myself and find a way of regaining my fitness and confidence. I come across Jodie's classes and one I could take my little one to at big Apple. I felt the difference immediately in myself through Jodie's constant encouragement, Jodie listens to you she caters to everyone's fitness levels and needs, the classes are very welcoming and have a great atmosphere (always a giggle) besides big Apple legs bums and tums I also do step aerobics (I never once thought this would be for me) but Jodie makes you believe in yourself and realise anything is possible. Last but not least if it wasn't for Jodie I would have never took up running, I had never run in my life when I took part in couch to 5k training with Jodie and some other girls who take part in Jodie's classes in preparation for race for life which we did as a team in May this year and I have gained a good fitness level plus a few new friends. It isn't just about the classes this lady goes that extra mile to support you where she can.

I met Jodie nearly two years ago at the Big Apple during her aerobics session over there. Jodie is very knowledgeable, experienced fitness instructor and her every session is such fun! Absolutely five stars for the service from Jodie. Can not recommend Jodie's Aerobics highly enough. Danuta - very, very happy customer.
